What we take care of

Food and groceries

Tell us what you want. We find it on Swiggy and Instamart, check it is open and well rated, and line up the order. You pay on Swiggy as usual.

Tables and hotels

Dinner for four on Friday, or two nights in Goa. We shortlist, you pick, we book.

Cabs and trips

Ride links ready to tap, and day by day plans for a weekend away or a work trip.

Price watches

Name a product and a price. We watch it and message you once, the moment it drops.

How it works

Three steps, one chat

Message us on WhatsApp. Plain words are fine. "Two margheritas from somewhere good near Koregaon Park."
Review the options we send back. Prices, ratings and delivery times, trimmed to what matters.
Confirm. Nothing is ordered or booked until you reply yes. Payment stays with the merchant, never with us.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp number, the messages you send us, and the delivery addresses and preferences you choose to share. If you connect a Swiggy account, we hold the session token Swiggy issues so we can place orders you confirm.

What we never collect

Card numbers, UPI IDs or any payment credentials. Payment happens on the merchant's own app or page, never through us.

How we use it

Only to carry out the requests you make: searching, shortlisting, booking and ordering, and sending you confirmations and price alerts. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Message history and completed requests are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your phone number is stored encrypted. You can delete everything we hold at any time by sending "delete my data" in the chat, which removes every record tied to your number.

Third parties

Requests you confirm are passed to the relevant merchant or platform, such as Swiggy for food and groceries or the hotel's booking partner, under their own terms. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms under its own privacy policy.

Terms of service

Concierge App acts on your instructions. Every order or booking is shown to you first and placed only after you confirm it in the chat. Prices, availability, delivery and cancellation are set by the merchant, and their terms apply to the order itself. We are not the seller of any food, product, stay or ride. The service is for personal use by residents of India aged 18 or over. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
